$0 upfront: pay at closing with Titus
With Titus, you don't have to pay me up front.
How it works: 1. Book online like you normally would. 2. When you pay, choose Pay at Close. 3. Create your Titus account and agree to their terms. 4. Pay it back at closing through escrow, or by debit card.
It's due when the home sells, when the listing is canceled or withdrawn, or after six months, whichever comes first. Titus only does a soft credit check, so applying won't hurt your credit. Fees start at 0%, and you see your rate before you commit.

Pay at Close is offered and approved by Titus, not by me. You need an active real estate license and a signed listing agreement for the home. Land, commercial and manufactured homes don't qualify.
Pricing FAQ
Is the floor plan really free?
Yes. A basic floor plan comes with every interior and exterior photo shoot.
How fast do I get my photos?
Same-day delivery. Your photos come back the same day I shoot the home. The floor plan follows shortly after.
What if my seller needs to reschedule?
No problem. There's no cancellation fee. Just let me know.
Do I have to pay before the shoot?
No. You get your photos first. I invoice after the shoot and it's due a few days later. Or choose Pay at Close and pay through Titus when the home sells.
