Hi, I'm Sergio. I photograph homes for real estate agents all over Tucson, and it's the only thing I do. I shot weddings from 2003 to 2022, then switched to real estate full time. I like to say I'm a product photographer, and the product is the most expensive thing most people will ever own: their home. I take that seriously on every shoot.

Add what the listing needs
- Drone photos. At least 6 aerial photos, delivered the same day. I've been an FAA Part 107 certified drone pilot since 2022, and I'm fully insured.
- Video home tours. Interior and exterior footage plus drone aerial views. You can post it on the MLS, YouTube and social. Video is delivered the next day.
- Twilight photos. Real twilight shot at dusk, with aerials included, or virtual twilight made from a daytime photo.
- Zillow Showcase 3D tours. Let buyers walk through the home online. I capture the tour on the same visit as the photos, and it's delivered the next day.
- Virtual staging. Furnish empty rooms so buyers can picture living there.
- Property marketing pages. One link with all the listing media, easy to share.

How it works
- Book online. Pick your services, the home size and a time.
- I shoot the home. I show up on time and I'm respectful of your sellers' space.
- You get your photos the same day. Your floor plan follows shortly after.

FAQ
How much does real estate photography cost in Tucson? Photos start at $175 for homes up to 1,000 sq ft. Bundles with a Zillow Showcase 3D tour and aerials start at $275. The full list is on my Pricing page.
How fast will I get my photos? Same-day delivery. You get them the same day I shoot the home. The floor plan follows shortly after. Video and Zillow Showcase 3D tours are delivered the next day.
Do I have to pay up front? No. You can pick Pay at Close and pay through Titus when the home sells.
