Vail Real Estate Photography
Vail is southeast of Tucson, out toward the Rincon Mountains and Colossal Cave, and the homes go from neighborhoods like Rancho del Lago to custom homes and horse properties on bigger lots. I'm a local photographer, and I've been in Tucson for 33 years, since 1993. I shoot every listing myself.
Why it matters in Vail
Space and views
Vail homes often come with open desert and the Rincons behind them. I make sure the photos show that room to breathe.
Larger lots
On acreage and horse properties, the lot is a big part of the sale. Aerials show the land, the barns and the access in a way ground photos can't.
Drone
I've been FAA Part 107 certified since 2022, and I'm fully insured.

Travel
I serve Vail along with Tucson, Oro Valley, Marana, Sahuarita, Green Valley and the Catalina Foothills. I shoot in Vail regularly. There’s no travel fee.

Do you shoot horse properties and acreage in Vail?
Yes. For bigger lots I recommend adding drone, so buyers can see the whole property.
How fast do I get the photos?
Photos come the same day I shoot. Video and Zillow Showcase 3D tours come the next day.
